Our goal is to help you improve your life, which in turn will have a very positive impact on those around you.  We want the best for the people we care about and it feels good to see them happy.  Sometimes we forget that what makes them happy and inspires them is when they see us healthy and happy.  Learn more about nutrition and adopt healthier habits, not only for yourself, but also for those you love.

The Team

Tabitha Paculba:

Tabitha’s ascent in the Pike’s Peak half marathon. The race begins at an altitude under 6,300 ft and finishes over 14,000 ft.

Tabitha is our first contributor.  Along with a passion for nutrition she is an avid marathon runner with an appetite for adventure.  She is a long time member of Team in Training (TNT), which is an amazing organization which raises money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).  Here Tabitha has served in roles as a mentor and captain.  Not only is she a certified scuba diver, but she is also a certified AFPA Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.  Tabitha holds a degree from Golden Gate University and prior to joining WellJourn, she was on the business development team at the healthcare company, Blue Shield of California.
