FRS Energy – My Product Review

April 21, 2013 By Tabitha Paculba 1 Comment

You don’t have to be a marathon runner to use FRS Energy products.   Last week I talked about revising and reclaiming your 2013 goals.  For instance, I have a vision board centered on running and reclaiming my pre-pregnancy body.  I have always been a runner and, now, that our baby boy has arrived I […]

Why I keep coming back…

When I turned 30 I decided to make a bucket list of things to do. I decided my list would be more concept oriented than specific. Instead of writing down “Enjoy an October moonlight gondola ride in Venice”, I opted for “Run a Marathon.”  Any marathon.  Little did […]

You might be a marathoner if…

Some do it to cross one off the bucket list. Most do it because they love running. And yet others do it for a cause: breast cancer, diabetes, leukemia and lymphoma. Completing a marathon or half marathon is an amazing experience, one that has kept me coming back for more. Why do I do it? […]

Exercise. For some it is a love affair and for others it is love/hate affair.  I love it when I’ve been on a roll and I hate it when I feel like I’m starting from scratch again.  However, the benefits you gain from regular exercise far outweigh any negative feelings I may have about it. […]

I first heard of the chia seed from my boyfriend. He was reading the book Born to Run and told me about the Tarahumara, a tribe in Mexico’s Copper Canyon.  According to the book, a staple of the Tarahumara diet is the chia seed.  The chia seed is partially credited with giving the Tarahumara the […]

Race day goodie-bag definitely has goodies

On Saturday, September 19, 2010 I ran the Pleasanton Back-to-School 10K. This is one of my favorite runs because the course is challenging with its rolling dirt hills and there’s the goodie-bag! This run is sponsored by the Northern California Food Broker’s Association to benefit the members of the Northern California Association of Sales and Marketing Companies (NCASMC).
